For this assignment we had to take two portrait pictures, one we used light from a window on the side of the person and a white card on the other side the reflect light onto them. The other picture was taken in a studio with four lights, one on each die of the person, one behind the white screen behind them, and on shining on the top of their head. Then we had to tkae those pictres and frame them.
Today in class we went out side for a motion demo. We took pictures of Mr. Bush riding his bike past us while we panned with him, to get him in focus and the background out of focus.
For this assignment we had to edit a picture of a car, and make it more attractive looking. We removed some unwanted glare, took away the background, and tinted the windows.
For this assigntment we had to take a portrait picture and make it into an Andy Warhol-like effect. We took the photo and made it black and white then copyed it and pasted 4 times in as a new picture. Then colored the pictures red, green, blue and yellow. We made these pictures on Gimp.
For this assignment I took pictures that represent motion. I took pictures of dropping a ball into a glass of water and firecrackers exploding. I took all my pictures at home. I had the shutter speed set at 1/250 second so i needed to use a 2 desk lights to get enough light for the pictures.
For this assignment we had to take 5 pictures. They were framing, perspective, space, balance, and color. My framing pictures was shot out the window of the school looking at the parking lot. My perspective picture is a photo looking down to the bottom of the stairs from the 3rd floor. My space photo was a picture of a guitar leaning against a blank wall. My balance photo is a shot of a pair of broken sun glasses on a table in front of a guitar, and my color photo was a picture of two of my hats.
For this assignment we had to take 6 pictures. Each one had to represent either symmetry, pattern, texture, rule of thirds, lines, or depth of field. My symmetry photo i took a picture of the stairs. My pattern photo is a picture of a tile pattern that is on the wall in the school. My rule of thirds photo is a picture of a mirror on the wall. My lines photo is a picture of the three flag poles outside the school. My depth of field photo is a picture of a line of cars, the first car in focus the rest out of focus.
